Renaissance Vancouver Harbourside Hotel and Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Downtown
The ICASSP 2013 Committee has secured a block of rooms at both The Renaissance Vancouver Harbourside Hotel and Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Downtown for ICASSP13 attendees. Both hotels are conveniently located adjacent to The Vancouver Convention Centre. Enjoy newly renovated guest rooms and service for which Marriott and Renaissance are famous. Enjoy convenient access to not only the Vancouver Convention Centre, but also Vancouver’s famous waterfront walk (known to locals as the Seawall), local restaurants and all of Vancouver’s most spectacular attractions.

WIFI: Wireless Internet Access is available at the extra cost of $3 per day, $15 per week or $33 per month.

The University of British Columbia
Traditional dormitory style accommodation at Tec de Monterrey House at Place Vanier at $33.00 (before tax). Room rates are exclusive of 5% GST and 8% PST. Accommodations are single bedrooms with shared hallway washrooms and floor lounges. Floor lounges offer seating, TV, fridge, sink and microwave.
PARKING: Limited parking is available for a daily rate of $9.00 + taxes, subject to change.
INTERNET ACCESS: Each guest bedroom is equipped with high speed internet access via Ethernet (cable not provided), available for a one-time fee of $10.00 + taxes. Free ubcvisitor wireless network is available for use in the Commonsblock and around Campus

- Bus #44 UBC/Downtown goes directly to the Waterfront Station on Cordova Street. The trip is about 25-30 minutes. Walking distance from the station to the Convention Centre is about 5 minutes.
- Bus #84 UBC/VCC Clark Station has a stop at the Olympic Station, guests can catch the Canada Line to Waterfront Station. The trip is about 30 minutes. Walking distance from the station to the Convention Centre is about 5 minutes.
- Walking distance from Place Vanier Residence to the bus loop is about 10 minutes.
